Effective August 10, 2026. This agreement is between you and Content Creation Stations (“CCS”), a DirectorAve production. The person accepting confirms that they are at least 13 years old, or that a parent or legal guardian is present and accepts on behalf of a participant under 13.
1) Your Session and Deliverables
Your purchase covers one self-service CCS session and the deliverables expressly listed for the package selected before payment. Selecting a package or opening checkout does not start or occupy a station; the session starts only after payment is confirmed. For music-video packages, listed camera angles are used in the final automated edit; individual angle files, vertical exports, custom worlds, custom VFX, manual retouching, a human director, and editing revisions are included only when expressly listed or separately purchased. Processing begins after the session and delivery is sent when the final file is ready.
2) Payment, Refunds, and the Technical Delivery Guarantee
Payment is charged immediately. CCS guarantees that it will make a good-faith effort to capture, process, and deliver the core output described for your package. If a verified CCS technical failure affects that core output, we will work to recover and rerender it, redeliver it, provide a replacement session, issue account credit, or provide a partial or full eligible refund. The appropriate remedy depends on what failed and what can be recovered.
Creative preference, personal performance, wardrobe or prop choices, late arrival, unused recording time, or failure to follow station instructions are not CCS technical failures. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be limited by applicable law. Please contact CCS promptly at [email protected] so we can try to solve a problem first.
3) Creative Choices and No Included Revisions
You choose your takes, recording choices, and when to finish the session. You understand that virtual-production results vary with performance, movement, wardrobe, lighting, uploaded material, and the choices made during the session. Subject to your responsibility for materials you provide, your finished video is yours to use commercially, including monetization, promotion, paid ads, and distribution. The finished master is delivered without a CCS watermark. Except for a verified CCS technical failure, the final output is accepted as created and no free revisions are included after the session ends.
4) Delivery and Retention
CCS will send the finished delivery to the contact information provided for the session. Download links are available for at least 30 days after delivery. Download and back up your files promptly. CCS may retain limited recovery copies, session records, and agreement evidence for support, security, dispute response, and legal obligations, then delete material under its operating-retention practices.
5) CCS Creator Club Membership
Membership is a separate recurring purchase; it does not discount the session you just completed. The in-studio offer is $49/month after an eligible completed paid session. If you cancel, you may rejoin in studio at $49/month; the email signup offer is $99/month. Each membership includes one CCS video session per monthly billing period, including any standard package up to $299, while the membership remains active. Unused sessions expire at the end of that billing period and do not roll over. Stripe Checkout will show the price, frequency, and next billing date before you subscribe. You can manage payment details or cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless applicable law or CCS states otherwise.
6) Studio Rules, Minors, and Property
Maximum four people in the studio. Do not touch equipment, camera supports, cables, lighting, screens, or glass. No unsafe, abusive, or unlawful conduct. Green clothing can disappear into the background; reflective, shiny, or transparent materials can create artifacts. Guests age 13 and older may accept these terms and use CCS on their own. A parent or legal guardian must be present to accept these terms for any guest under 13. You are responsible for reasonable repair or replacement costs for damage that you or your party intentionally or negligently cause, to the extent permitted by law.
7) Your Uploaded Music and Other Materials
You represent that you own or have permission to use every song, recording, image, logo, performance, and other material you upload, perform, or provide. You are responsible for claims arising from material you provide without permission. CCS may use those materials only as reasonably necessary to provide, process, recover, and deliver your session, except where you separately grant promotional permission below.
8) Recording and Optional Marketing Permission
CCS may record behind-the-scenes, security, operational, and proof-of-service footage during the session. That recording is part of operating the studio and does not by itself give CCS permission to publicly use your identifiable face, voice, name, likeness, or performance for marketing. CCS may use identifiable behind-the-scenes footage in marketing only if it separately obtains your optional marketing permission. Your optional choice does not affect purchase, session access, delivery, or technical-failure remedies.
9) Privacy
CCS collects the contact details, session choices, recordings, uploads, delivery information, and technical records needed to operate the session, take payment, deliver files, provide support, protect safety and security, and respond to disputes. Payment information is processed by Stripe; CCS does not receive your full card number. CCS may share information with service providers that operate payment, storage, delivery, or support only as needed for those purposes, or when required by law.
10) Assumption of Risk and Liability Release
You voluntarily assume the ordinary risks of participating in a studio session, including moving around equipment and recording areas. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release CCS, DirectorAve, and their owners, employees, and contractors from claims for ordinary negligence arising from your participation or your party’s participation. This release does not apply to conduct or claims that cannot legally be waived. Except where law does not allow it, CCS’s total liability for a claim arising from a session is limited to the amount paid for that session.
11) General Terms
Georgia law governs this agreement, except where other law must apply. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective to the fullest extent permitted by law. CCS may update terms for future sessions; the version presented and accepted for your session controls that session. You may request a no-charge copy of this agreement by emailing [email protected].
By checking the required box and drawing your signature, you intend to sign this agreement electronically and agree that your checkbox action, drawn signature, agreement version, timestamp, and saved agreement copy may be used as evidence of your acceptance.
1) Payment + Refunds
Payment is charged immediately. If a CCS technical issue affects your final video, we’ll work to recover and rerender it, provide a replacement session, or provide a refund.
2) Quality Acceptance
You accept the look, style, and quality as-is. No free revisions are included after the session ends.
3) Retention
Files are guaranteed to be available for at least 30 days after delivery, then may be deleted at any time. Download and back up your content as soon as it arrives.
4) Rules
Maximum of 4 people. Do not touch the equipment or glass. No green clothes. No unsafe behavior.
5) Responsibility
You are responsible for damage caused by your party. CCS may charge for repair or replacement.
6) Liability Release
You release CCS from all claims for injury or damage arising from your session, including negligence.
7) Promo Use
CCS may record behind-the-scenes content for marketing. You grant rights to use this content.
8) Privacy
CCS uses your contact details only for this session, delivery, and related support.
