    Complete the session form before each visit. Have your song file and video ideas ready.

    Dark, matte clothing films best. No green or reflective materials, including shiny accessories.

  3. Check your time and guests

    Use the date and time on your booking confirmation. Four people maximum in the studio, including guests. Allow about 1 to 2 hours for filming and editing.

  4. Review your video with us

    Choose your package at the studio, film and edit with our team, then review the finished video before leaving. Pay the package balance to receive your video.

A few things to know

What does a new booking cost?

A $100 booking fee plus your CCS package. Packages start at $59, so the total starts at $159. The booking fee is separate from the package price. See every package.

Can I choose a custom world?

Send your ideas before the session. Paid environments may cost extra if we do not already have them; discuss the cost with us before choosing one.

What are the studio rules?

Keep noise down and lip sync using our speaker system. No personal speakers, smoking or drugs. Do not touch the camera or robot, or stand on the green-screen curve. Keep the door closed and clean up before you leave.

What if my plans change?

Contact us as soon as possible. Your booking agreement covers cancellation, rescheduling and late arrival. Read booking policies.

Are revisions included?

Review the video with us before leaving. The existing booking rules do not include free revisions after you leave the studio.
