Before You Come
1. Do I need to book?
Yes. Choose your date online and pay the $100 booking fee. Choose your CCS package at the studio; its price is separate from the booking fee.
2. What should I know before arriving?
Keep noise down and lip sync using the studio speaker system. No smoking or drugs on the property. Do not touch the camera or camera robot. See the preparation guide and studio rules before your session.
3. What if I need to reschedule?
Contact us as soon as possible. Check the booking rules for rescheduling, late arrival and cancellation details.
4. Is this AI?
No. A real 4K camera records your performance. We use green screen VFX to place you in a 3D world.
5. Is it just a picture or video behind me?
No. The backgrounds are 3D worlds. We help you choose the world and camera views for your video.
6. Why not just hire a videographer?
A traditional music video shoot can mean finding locations, booking a crew, and arranging editing afterward. CCS brings the camera, lighting, 3D worlds, and editing into one studio session.
7. Why choose CCS for a music video?
Book your date online for $100, then choose your CCS package at the studio. Packages start at $59, for a total starting at $159. Film and edit with our team, then pay the package balance to receive your video.
8. Is this only for musicians?
No. Come on your own or with a friend. You just need a song file to perform to.
9. Do you do podcasts?
Contact us before booking a podcast or custom project so we can discuss your setup.
10. Do I need to know how to make videos?
No. Our team helps you film and edit your video during your session.
11. How long does a session take?
Allow about 1 to 2 hours for filming and editing. Your booking confirmation has your scheduled session time.
12. What should I bring?
Complete the session form and preparation guide before your session. Have your song ready and check What To Wear above. Black, dark and matte clothing works best; avoid green and reflective materials.
13. How many people can be in the scene?
Four people maximum in the studio, including guests. Contact us before booking if your performance needs extra space.
14. Can I bring food or drinks?
Yes. Keep the studio clean and put all trash in the trash can before you leave.
At The Studio
15. What camera angles can I choose from?
We help you choose camera positions for your performance. Your package sets how many angles you get.
16. Can I use a different world for each shot?
Discuss your world choices with us before filming. For a custom environment, send us the link ahead of your session. A paid environment may cost extra if we do not already have it.
After Your Session
17. Is the video 4K?
Yes. You get a horizontal 4K video for YouTube or a big screen. You can crop it for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
18. How do I receive my video?
We film and edit with you at the studio. Review your video before leaving, then pay the remaining package balance to receive your finished video.
19. What if I cannot find my video email?
Check your Spam or Junk folder and, if you use Gmail, your Promotions tab. Search your inbox for Content Creation Stations. Still cannot find it? Email info@contentcreationstations.com with the name and email you used at check-in and your session date so we can help locate your delivery.
20. What if my download link does not work?
Try opening the link in your phone's browser instead of the email app, and check your internet connection. If it still does not work, email info@contentcreationstations.com with your session date and what happens when you open the link. Include a screenshot of the error if you can.
21. Where does the video save on my phone?
Check your Files or Downloads folder first. A downloaded video may not appear in Photos or your camera roll automatically. Open the file and use your phone's Share or Save Video option if available. Keep the original 4K file as your backup.
22. How long do I have to download my video?
Download your finished video promptly and keep a backup. Contact us if you need help with an older delivery.
23. Are revisions included?
Review the edit while you are at the studio. The existing booking rules do not include free revisions after you leave.
24. What if something goes wrong?
Tell us during your session so we can address the problem together. For a delivery issue afterward, contact us with your booking name and session date.
