Session Terms & Policies

The process, what you receive, and the policies for your studio.

Website guide updated October 8, 2026. The full Atlanta agreement below retains its September 24, 2026 effective date.

How your session works

Atlanta: standard music videos are walk-in, self-service sessions. Check live station availability before traveling; it can change before you arrive. Podcasts and custom projects are arranged ahead of time.

  1. Bring your song and prepare

Bring an MP3, M4A or WAV on your phone. Dark, matte clothing works best. Green may disappear; reflective, shiny or transparent materials can cause artifacts. We recommend two performers; four people total is the studio limit. The Atlanta booth has a 6′2″ height limit and room to move in place.

  2. Choose your package and agree

Choose the package, upload your song, and review the session agreement before paying. Check the agreement box and draw your signature at check-in. Opening checkout alone does not start or reserve the station; payment must be confirmed.

  3. Choose your world and record

The touchscreen guides you. Select a 3D world and camera positions, perform at each selected angle, and choose the takes you want in the edit. Package limits govern recording time and camera angles; unused time does not become an editing credit.

  4. Finish, process and download

The station creates the automated edit after recording. The finished horizontal 4K master has no CCS watermark. We email the download link when processing is complete; rendering, network or delivery issues can delay it. Download and back up your original file; links remain available for at least 30 days after delivery.

Included and optional: camera angles in your package are used in the final edit. Separate full-length angles are a $15 option on multi-angle artist packages, available at session end; they are not included with the one-angle $59 package or podcasts and arrive in a follow-up email. Custom worlds, vertical exports, custom VFX, manual editing and revisions require an express separate offer.

Technical problem? If a CCS technical failure interrupts a paid Atlanta session or prevents processing or delivery, you can choose a full refund, including one-time extras. Recovery help is optional. Membership visits restore the included session credit instead. Creative preference, performance and wardrobe choices are not technical failures.

Atlanta · Full session agreement

Read before paying

This is the same full agreement shown at the Atlanta station. Reading this page alone does not sign it or enroll you in a membership. The version presented and accepted for your session controls.

Effective September 24, 2026. This agreement is between you and Content Creation Stations (“CCS”), a DirectorAve production. The person accepting confirms that they are at least 13 years old, or that a parent or legal guardian is present and accepts on behalf of a participant under 13.

1) Your Session and Deliverables

Your purchase covers one self-service CCS session and the deliverables expressly listed for the package selected before payment. Selecting a package or opening checkout does not start or occupy a station; the session starts only after payment is confirmed. For music-video packages, listed camera angles are used in the final automated edit; individual angle files, vertical exports, custom worlds, custom VFX, manual retouching, a human director, and editing revisions are included only when expressly listed or separately purchased. Processing begins after the session and delivery is sent when the final file is ready.

2) Payment, Refunds, and the Technical Delivery Guarantee

Payment is charged immediately. If a CCS technical failure interrupts your paid session or prevents its processing or delivery, you may choose a full refund of the amount paid for that session, including one-time extras purchased for it. Use “Get full refund” on the station’s error screen or contact us. You do not have to call first, accept a replacement, or wait for us to attempt recovery before choosing a refund. We welcome your call at (541) 292-8290 if you would like us to try to recover your session.

Creative preference, personal performance, wardrobe or prop choices, late arrival, unused recording time, or failure to follow station instructions are not CCS technical failures. Refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe; bank processing time varies. If the automatic refund is unavailable or fails, call us or email [email protected] and we will help complete it. For a visit paid with an included membership session, we restore that session credit instead of refunding the recurring subscription. A separate membership purchase or recurring subscription remains active unless canceled separately. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be limited by applicable law.

3) Creative Choices and No Included Revisions

You choose your takes, recording choices, and when to finish the session. You understand that virtual-production results vary with performance, movement, wardrobe, lighting, uploaded material, and the choices made during the session. Subject to your responsibility for materials you provide, your finished video is yours to use commercially, including monetization, promotion, paid ads, and distribution. The finished master is delivered without a CCS watermark. Except for a verified CCS technical failure, the final output is accepted as created and no free revisions are included after the session ends.

4) Delivery and Retention

CCS will send the finished delivery to the contact information provided for the session. Download links are available for at least 30 days after delivery. Download and back up your files promptly. CCS may retain limited recovery copies, session records, and agreement evidence for support, security, dispute response, and legal obligations, then delete material under its operating-retention practices.

5) CCS Creator Club Membership

Membership is a separate recurring purchase; it does not discount the session you just completed. The in-studio offer is $49/month after an eligible completed paid session. If you cancel, you may rejoin in studio at $49/month; the email signup offer is $99/month. Each membership includes one CCS video session per monthly billing period, including any standard package up to $299, while the membership remains active. Unused sessions expire at the end of that billing period and do not roll over. Stripe Checkout will show the price, frequency, and next billing date before you subscribe. You can manage payment details or cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless applicable law or CCS states otherwise.

6) Studio Rules, Minors, and Property

Maximum four people in the studio. Do not touch equipment, camera supports, cables, lighting, screens, or glass. No unsafe, abusive, or unlawful conduct. Green clothing can disappear into the background; reflective, shiny, or transparent materials can create artifacts. Guests age 13 and older may accept these terms and use CCS on their own. A parent or legal guardian must be present to accept these terms for any guest under 13. You are responsible for reasonable repair or replacement costs for damage that you or your party intentionally or negligently cause, to the extent permitted by law.

7) Your Uploaded Music and Other Materials

You represent that you own or have permission to use every song, recording, image, logo, performance, and other material you upload, perform, or provide. You are responsible for claims arising from material you provide without permission. CCS may use those materials only as reasonably necessary to provide, process, recover, and deliver your session, except as permitted by Section 8.

8) Recording and Marketing Permission

CCS records behind-the-scenes, security, operational, and proof-of-service footage during the session. By checking the box and signing, you grant CCS a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice, performance, and your session and behind-the-scenes footage to promote CCS and its services, including on the CCS website, social media, advertising, and in-studio displays. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished promotional material, and any claim to payment for that use. CCS will not sell your footage to a third party for that third party’s own advertising.

CCS normally shares your finished video only after you have posted it yourself, so your own release comes first. CCS may add or replace music in promotional edits it creates itself. If you want a specific clip taken down, email [email protected] and CCS will remove it from CCS-controlled channels within a reasonable time; copies already published or reshared by other people may not be recoverable. This permission does not change your own ownership of your finished video under Section 3.

9) Privacy

CCS collects the contact details, session choices, recordings, uploads, delivery information, and technical records needed to operate the session, take payment, deliver files, provide support, protect safety and security, and respond to disputes. Payment information is processed by Stripe; CCS does not receive your full card number. CCS may share information with service providers that operate payment, storage, delivery, or support only as needed for those purposes, or when required by law.

10) Assumption of Risk and Liability Release

You voluntarily assume the ordinary risks of participating in a studio session, including moving around equipment and recording areas. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release CCS, DirectorAve, and their owners, employees, and contractors from claims for ordinary negligence arising from your participation or your party’s participation. This release does not apply to conduct or claims that cannot legally be waived. Except where law does not allow it, CCS’s total liability for a claim arising from a session is limited to the amount paid for that session.

11) General Terms

Georgia law governs this agreement, except where other law must apply. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective to the fullest extent permitted by law. CCS may update terms for future sessions; the version presented and accepted for your session controls that session. You may request a no-charge copy of this agreement by emailing [email protected].

By checking the required box and drawing your signature, you intend to sign this agreement electronically and agree that your checkbox action, drawn signature, agreement version, timestamp, and saved agreement copy may be used as evidence of your acceptance.

Los Angeles & Denver · Booked sessions

Book, film and review with our team

Reserve a date online with a $100 booking fee, then choose your CCS package at the studio. Package prices start at $59, making the total start at $159. The booking fee is separate from the package price. Complete the session form before each visit, bring your song and allow about 1 to 2 hours for filming and editing. Review the video with our team before leaving, then pay the remaining package balance to receive it.

These studios use the existing VPS booked-session agreement. The following policies summarize its published rules; your booking confirmation and the agreement accepted for your booking govern. They do not replace an existing agreement or apply Atlanta's walk-in refund policy or Creator Club offer to a booked visit.

Cancellation, time changes and late arrival

Contact us promptly to cancel or reschedule. These time cutoffs reproduce the existing booking policy's Eastern-time wording; confirm the cutoff with us if your confirmation is unclear. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Payment, delivery and revisions

The existing agreement requires invoices to be paid before final content is released and states that refunds are not offered after the session begins, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived. Review the edit with our team before leaving: no free revisions are included after departure. Under that agreement, unpaid projects can accrue $5 per day in storage fees and are held for one month before deletion. Contact us about payment or delivery issues promptly.

Studio conduct and damage

Four people maximum. Keep noise down; music artists lip sync using the studio speakers. No personal speakers, smoking or drugs. Wipe dirty shoes before entering, keep the door closed, clean up, and do not touch cameras, the camera robot, the green-screen back wall or its curved floor. Avoid green clothing. Food and drinks are allowed with care.

The existing agreement lists charges of up to $500 for smoking/drug or noise violations and $100 for green-screen repaint damage, as well as responsibility for broken equipment. Violations can lead to ending the session. Any charge must be consistent with the agreement accepted and applicable law; this page does not authorize an additional card charge.

Worlds, content rights and promotional use

Discuss custom environments before filming. Paid environments can cost extra if we have not already purchased them; previously purchased environments and existing project assets may be reused. The existing agreement permits VPS/CCS to use session and behind-the-scenes content for promotion and to change the audio or video in its own promotional edits. Bring music and materials you have permission to use. Tell us about release timing or promotional-use concerns before recording.

Existing VPS subscribers

Existing membership terms stay attached to that membership. The published VPS agreement includes plan-specific content allowances, no separate $100 booking fee for included sessions, separately invoiced environment costs, a $50 rescheduling fee, no rollover of missed sessions, and cancellation only after the second billing. A session may be transferred after notifying the owner. It also promises an available operator on the scheduled day or a refund of that session cost. Confirm your actual plan, billing and cancellation terms with us; the Atlanta $49/$99 Creator Club is a separate offer.

Website privacy & getting help

The session agreement above describes contact details, recordings, uploads, payment, delivery records and support information used for Atlanta sessions. Stripe processes payment information; CCS does not receive your full card number.

Our website is hosted through Cloudflare. The home page can suggest a studio using an approximate region or your browser's time zone; it does not ask for precise device location. Embedded Google Maps and links to Google session forms, DirectorAve booking calendars, Instagram and Stripe are third-party services with their own privacy practices. Opening or using those services can share browser, network and interaction information with them.

For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, contact [email protected]. Tell us enough to identify the session; do not email card numbers. Requests are handled subject to identity verification, applicable law and records we need for legal obligations, security or disputes. Promotional takedown requests use the same email; removal from CCS-controlled channels cannot recall other people's copies.

A parent or legal guardian must be present to accept the Atlanta agreement for a participant under 13. Contact us before a child's session or before sending a child's personal information online so we can confirm the applicable permissions and arrangements.

Atlanta session FAQs

Answers shared with the Atlanta website. For booked visits, use the studio policies above and your preparation guide.

How long does a session take?

It depends on your package. The shortest sessions run about five minutes start to finish. The longest run about an hour.

How many people can be in the scene?

We recommend two. There is about six feet of usable space, so two people have room to move and both look good on camera. More than two gets cramped fast. Four people in the studio is the hard limit.

Is there a height limit?

Yes. The maximum height is 6'2". You have room to sit, stand, and move in place, but not to walk around.

Can I get the individual clips?

Yes. For $15, you can get the separate camera angles too, each one full length. This option is available on multi-angle artist packages, not the one-angle $59 package or podcasts. On a three-angle, one-minute package that is four minutes of footage instead of one. The individual clips arrive in a follow-up email after processing. Use them for reels, teasers, or your own edit.

Is the video 4K?

Yes. You get a horizontal 4K video for YouTube or a big screen. You can crop it for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

What if I cannot find my video email?

Check your Spam or Junk folder and, if you use Gmail, your Promotions tab. Search your inbox for Content Creation Stations. Still cannot find it? Email info@contentcreationstations.com with the name and email you used at check-in and your session date so we can help locate your delivery.

What if my download link does not work?

Try opening the link in your phone's browser instead of the email app, and check your internet connection. If it still does not work, email info@contentcreationstations.com with your session date and what happens when you open the link. Include a screenshot of the error if you can.

Where does the video save on my phone?

Check your Files or Downloads folder first. A downloaded video may not appear in Photos or your camera roll automatically. Open the file and use your phone's Share or Save Video option if available. Keep the original 4K file as your backup.

Are revisions included?

No. Revisions are not included with a standard session.

What if something goes wrong?

If a CCS technical failure interrupts your paid session or prevents processing or delivery, you can choose a full refund, including one-time extras. You do not have to accept recovery, a replacement or credit first. For an included membership session, we restore the session credit. Your own performance, wardrobe, or arriving late are not technical failures. Call us if you would like recovery help.

Can I use my video anywhere?

Yes. Your finished video is yours to use commercially. Post it, monetize it, promote your music with it, use it in paid ads, or distribute it wherever you want. Your finished video is delivered without a CCS watermark. When you check in, you also give CCS permission to share your session footage and likeness to promote CCS. We normally post your video after you post it, so your release comes first. If you want a clip taken down, email [email protected] and we will remove it from our channels.

How does Creator Club work?

Join at session end for $49/month. You get one CCS session per membership, per month, including any standard package up to $299. Cancel anytime. If you cancel, you can rejoin at session end at $49; the email signup is $99. Unused sessions do not roll over.

Questions before you pay?

Call (541) 292-8290 or email [email protected]. Include your studio, session date and booking or check-in name if you already have a session.

Updates apply to future sessions. Existing bookings and memberships retain the arrangements already accepted. Nothing on this page removes rights that cannot be limited by law.
